OnTrac in Jessup, MD is seeking Seasonal Package Handlers for a part-time, temporary role with weekly pay. The position starts Friday, 2:00 AM and lasts through the holiday season, with end date around January. Roles involve unloading, sorting, and loading packages in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Pay is $17.50 per hour with overtime opportunities. Training is provided. This season offers a chance for additional hours or permanent opportunities depending on business needs.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be authorized to work in the United States
• Be dependable and available for your scheduled shift, including weekends or holidays when needed
• Meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law
• Be able to work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require

Pay: $17.50/hr

This role is eligible for overtime pay consistent with applicable law.

Employment Type: SeasonalPart-Time

Shift: Friday through Tuesday | 2:00 AM start

Typical Shift Length: Approximately 5 hours

End times may vary based on package volume and business needs.

What You’ll Need

To join our team, you’ll need to:

• Be at least 18 years old

Physical Requirements

This is an active warehouse role. With or without reasonable accommodation, you must be able to:

• Repeatedly lift packages as described above
• Stand and/or walk for extended periods during your scheduled shift
• Frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull and squat while handling packages
• Perform repetitive physical tasks throughout your shift
• Work in hot or cold environments, as temperature control capabilities may be limited in the warehouse environment

Premium Holiday Pay

• Premium pay for hours worked on New Years Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day
