OnTrac is hiring for a Seasonal Package Handler in Carlsbad, CA. This active warehouse role involves unloading, sorting, and moving packages with a typical shift of 6:00 AM to 9:15 AM, five hours per shift, with overtime as needed. Seasonal duration from 10/27/26 to 01/01/27.

Earn $18.00 per hour with weekly pay and a $500 seasonal bonus. Training is provided, and there are flexible shift options to accommodate the holiday rush.

Pay: $18.00/hr WEEKLY Pay

This role is eligible for overtime pay consistent with applicable law.

What You’ll Need

To join our team, you'll need to:

Physical Requirements

This is an active warehouse role. With or without reasonable accommodation, you must be able to:

• Repeatedly lift packages as described above
• Stand and/or walk for extended periods during your scheduled shift
• Frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull and squat while handling packages
• Perform repetitive physical tasks throughout your shift
• Work in hot or cold environments, as temperature control capabilities may be limited in the warehouse environment

Premium Holiday Pay

• Premium pay for hours worked on New Year's Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day
