Job summary

OnTrac is hiring a Seasonal Package Handler in Reno, NV to help keep the holidays moving. Earn $19.50 per hour with weekly pay, plus a seasonal bonus and overtime eligibility. Seasonal position from 10/27/26 to 01/01/27, with paid training and performance-based opportunities.

Shifts run 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday, with typical 7–8 hour days. No prior warehouse experience is required; training is provided on the job.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Dependable and available for your scheduled shift, including weekends or holidays when needed.
• Meet pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law.
• Able to work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Safely unload, sort, move and load packages weighing up to 30–50 pounds independently.
• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Keep packages organized and moving safely and efficiently.
• Keep your work area organized and ready for action.
• Work as part of a team to help packages reach their next destination safely and on time.

Pay: $19.50/hr WEEKLY Pay Make an Extra $1/hr on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays!

This role is eligible for overtime pay consistent with applicable law.

This is an active, hands-on job where you’ll work alongside your team to keep thousands of packages moving toward their next destination.

During your shift, you’ll:

What You’ll Need

To join our team, you’ll need to:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be authorized to work in the United States
• Be dependable and available for your scheduled shift, including weekends or holidays when needed
• Meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law
• Be able to work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require

Physical Requirements

This is an active warehouse role. With or without reasonable accommodation, you must be able to:

• Repeatedly lift packages as described above
• Stand and/or walk for extended periods during your scheduled shift
• Frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull and squat while handling packages
• Perform repetitive physical tasks throughout your shift
• Work in hot or cold environments, as temperature control capabilities may be limited in the warehouse environment

Premium Holiday Pay

• Premium pay for hours worked on New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day
