Job summary

OnTrac in San Diego is seeking Seasonal Package Handlers to help keep thousands of packages moving during the holidays. Earn $18.75 per hour with weekly pay, and enjoy flexible shift options from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM, approximately 4–5 hours per shift.

No prior warehouse experience is required—the training is provided. This is a temporary, part-time seasonal role with potential for overtime and quick hiring.

Qualifications

• Dependable and able to work scheduled shifts, including weekends or holidays when needed.

Responsibilities

• Unload, sort, move and load packages weighing up to 30–50 pounds independently.
• Participate in team lifts for packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Keep packages organized and moving safely and efficiently.
• Work as part of a team to help packages reach their destination safely and on time.
• Keep your work area organized and ready for action.

Pay: $18.75/hr WEEKLY Pay

This role is eligible for overtime pay consistent with applicable law.

Employment Type: Seasonal Part - Time

Shift: 6:00 AM - 10:00 AM

• Sunday - Thursday
• Monday - Friday
• Tuesday - Saturday
• Wednesday - Sunday
• Thursday - Monday
• Friday - Tuesday

Typical Shift Length: Approximately 4-5 hours

End times may vary based on package volume and business needs.

What You'll Need

To join our team, you'll need to:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be authorized to work in the United States
• Be dependable and available for your scheduled shift, including weekends or holidays when needed
• Meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law
• Be able to work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require

Physical Requirements

This is an active warehouse role. With or without reasonable accommodation, you must be able to:

• Repeatedly lift packages as described above
• Stand and/or walk for extended periods during your scheduled shift
• Frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull and squat while handling packages
• Perform repetitive physical tasks throughout your shift
• Work in hot or cold environments, as temperature control capabilities may be limited in the warehouse environment

Premium Holiday Pay

• Premium pay for hours worked on New Year's Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day
