Job summary

OnTrac is hiring a Seasonal Package Handler in Visalia, CA. You will actively unload, sort, and move packages, lifting up to 50 pounds as needed, while working with a team to keep packages moving efficiently. The role is seasonal part-time with weekly pay and a seasonal bonus.

Shifts are evenings and weekends; training is provided and overtime may apply. Candidates must be 18+ and authorized to work in the United States. End date reflects the season window.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Be dependable and available for scheduled shifts, including weekends/holidays.
• Be able to pass pre-employment requirements, including a background check.

Responsibilities

• Safely unload, sort, move and load packages weighing 30–50 pounds.
• Participate in team lifts for heavier packages.
• Keep packages organized and moving safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and ready work area for action.
• Work as part of a team to ensure on-time deliveries.

Pay: $17.90/hr WEEKLY Pay

This role is eligible for overtime pay consistent with applicable law.

Employment Type: Seasonal Part - Time

Shift:

Monday, Wednesday & Friday 5:00 PM - 11:30 PM

Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday 1:00 PM - 11:30 PM

Monday - Wednesday & Saturday 1:00 PM - 11:30 PM

Typical Shift Length: Approximately 6-9 hours

End times may vary based on package volume and business needs.

Season Duration*: 10/27/26 to 01/01/27

What You’ll Need

To join our team, you’ll need to:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be authorized to work in the United States
• Be dependable and available for your scheduled shift, including weekends or holidays when needed
• Meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law
• Be able to work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require

Physical Requirements

This is an active warehouse role. With or without reasonable accommodation, you must be able to:

• Repeatedly lift packages as described above
• Stand and/or walk for extended periods during your scheduled shift
• Frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull and squat while handling packages
• Perform repetitive physical tasks throughout your shift
• Work in hot or cold environments, as temperature control capabilities may be limited in the warehouse environment

Premium Holiday Pay

• Premium pay for hours worked on New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day
