Job summary

OnTrac is hiring Seasonal Package Handler in Henderson, NV. You will unload, sort, and move packages, often lifting 30–50 pounds, as part of a team working to keep packages moving and on schedule.

Position is seasonal, part-time, 5:00am–9:00am with overtime as needed. Paid weekly; seasonal bonus eligibility applies. Duration from 10/27/26 to 01/01/27.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Dependable and available for scheduled shifts, including weekends/holidays.
• Complete pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law.
• Able to lift and move packages and work overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Unload, sort, move, and load packages weighing 30–50 pounds independently.
• Participate in team lifts for packages up to 50 pounds.
• Keep packages organized and moving safely and efficiently.
• Maintain an orderly work area and be ready for action.
• Work with teammates to ensure on-time deliveries.

Earn a $500 Seasonal Bonus!*
Location: 551 Courier St. Henderson, NV 90040

Pay: $15.50/hour

This role is eligible for overtime pay consistent with applicable law.

Employment Type: Seasonal Part - Time

Shift: 5:00am - 9:00am

• Sunday - Thursday
• Tuesday - Saturday
• Friday - Monday

Typical Shift Length: Approximately 4 hours
End times may vary based on package volume and business needs.

Season Duration*: 10/27/26 to 01/01/27

What You'll Need

To join our team, you'll need to:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be authorized to work in the United States
• Be dependable and available for your scheduled shift, including weekends or holidays when needed
• Meet applicable pre-employment requirements, including a background check where permitted by law
• Be able to work scheduled shifts, including overtime when business needs require

Physical Requirements

This is an active warehouse role. With or without reasonable accommodation, you must be able to:

• Repeatedly lift packages as described above
• Stand and/or walk for extended periods during your scheduled shift
• Frequently bend, twist, reach, push, pull and squat while handling packages
• Perform repetitive physical tasks throughout your shift
• Work in hot or cold environments, as temperature control capabilities may be limited in the warehouse environment

Premium Holiday Pay

• Premium pay for hours worked on New Year's Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day
