Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer telephones, provide information as needed, take messages, and transfer calls to appropriate individuals.
• Prepare/print, sort, and file invoices.
• Prepare various status reports, including activity updates, follow-ups, and adherence to goals.
• Work with the warehouse to finalize shift responsibilities.
• Perform general clerical and administrative support tasks as assigned.
