• Two years minimum warehousing/delivery procedures experience.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Excellent telephone and customer service abilities.
• Strong math, analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills; proficient in MS Word, Excel, Access & Outlook.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking for scoped issues.
• Proven teamwork skills and department support.

Responsibilities

• General warehouse duties including inbound/outbound functions and report processing.
• Prepare and process routine forms, reports, and documents following standard procedures.
• Communicate with internal/external customers to support staff and customer needs.
• Track and input data on operations metrics (shorts, mispicks, damagers, service level); maintain records.
• Schedule inbound receiving appointments and update Delivery Appointment sheet daily.
• Assist night warehouse functions; check returns and credit slips and resolve picking/shipping issues.
