Blacksmith Agency is seeking a VP of Business Development for Veterinary to own large multi-location deals from first meeting to signed contract. You will close multi-location veterinary accounts with owners, regional operators, and marketing leaders, often spanning 3 to 12 months.

This is an individual contributor role with remote work options across the USA or Canada, focusing on expanding locations and services once a group signs.

Competenze

• Track record of closing $1M+ annually on large, multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Selling into veterinary groups or marketing/agency services to multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with multiple decision-makers; not suited for high-volume, single-location sales.

• Own the full cycle on large deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close over 3–12 months.
• Engage with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders in multi-location groups.
• Expand to additional locations/services after a signed deal.
