Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Vice President of Business Development for Veterinary. You will own the full cycle on large, multi-location deals, from discovery to signed contracts, targeting veterinary groups with many locations.

This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports, operating remotely with ownership of high-value accounts across the US or Canada. You will engage multiple stakeholders and expand services as groups sign on.

Competenze

• Proven track record closing $1M+ annually on large, multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling to veterinary groups or multi-location buyers.
• Comfort with long, consultative sales cycles across several decision makers.

• Own the full cycle on large deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close (3–12 months).
• Engage with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders.
• Drive expansion to more locations and services after signing a group.
