RR Donnelley & Sons is seeking a Vice President of Vertical Digital Sales to lead a high-performing team across multiple verticals including Retail, Grocery, Restaurant, Telecom and Healthcare. You will shape and execute sales strategies, manage key client relationships, and drive new business development with a focus on cross-selling and revenue growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
15+ years experience with career progression in media/advertising, SaaS, and AdTech/MarTech.
8+ years leadership including leading leaders.
Strong track record in new business development, cross-selling, and quota attainment.

Responsibilities

Lead Vertical Digital Sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets and manage sales plans.
Develop annual strategic business plans to drive revenue, product integration, and ROI.
Forecasts and reports monthly results, managing pipeline in Salesforce.
Collaborate with Product, Marketing and Finance on go-to-market strategies.
Coach and develop direct reports; maintain optimal organizational structure.
Build top client relationships and negotiate key strategic issues.
Drive cross-selling and multi-vertical expansion including Retail, Grocery, Restaurant, Telecom, Healthcare.
Lead large contract negotiations and adapt to market changes.
