Job summary

RR Donnelley seeks a senior executive to lead its Vertical Digital Sales organization from Los Angeles. The role drives revenue across Retail, Grocery, Restaurant, Telecom and Healthcare through strategic account growth and cross-selling.

You will coach leaders, shape go-to-market strategies, and partner with Product and Marketing to align offerings with market demand. A deep AdTech/MarTech background and strong forecasting are essential.

Qualifications

• 15+ years experience in media, advertising and SaaS tech with programmatic/AdTech exposure.
• 8+ years leadership with 3+ years leading leaders.
• Proven success in new business development, cross-selling and quota attainment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Vertical Digital Sales team to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Oversee sales plans, objectives, metrics and forecasting accuracy.
• Develop annual strategic plans for revenue growth across multiple industry verticals.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing and Finance for go-to-market strategies.
• Drive top client retention and maximize ROI through product integration and cross-selling.
• Coach and develop sales leadership to sustain high performance.
