Qualifications

• 15+ years experience in media, advertising, and related tech fields.
• 8+ years leadership, with 3+ years guiding leaders.
• 8+ years Digital media/product experience in AdTech/MarTech.
• Deep knowledge of AdTech and MarTech landscapes.
• Strong record of meeting/exceeding annual quotas and business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Vertical Digital Sales team to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies across Retail, Grocery, Restaurant, Telecom, and Healthcare.
• Coach and develop leaders and individual contributors within the team.
• Drive cross-selling and new business development through strategic account plans.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Finance to support go-to-market strategies.
• Forecast accurately and manage the sales pipeline in Salesforce.
