Job summary

JPMorganChase & Co. is seeking a Treasury Management Officer for Commercial Banking in San Francisco to drive new treasury management business, deepen client relationships and implement a localized market strategy.

The role requires deep treasury product knowledge and collaboration with bankers, product leadership and implementation teams to deliver integrated solutions. The position emphasizes strategic client dialogues, solution positioning and leadership in market thought leadership

Qualifications

• 6 years of cash management, sales and relationship management experience.
• Strong selling and negotiation skills to source new treasury management business.
• Knowledge of Treasury Service products, credit and risk processes, overdraft management and pricing philosophy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients, COIs and external partners.
• Strong organizational, planning and time management abilities.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue by prospecting and sourcing new treasury management business while retaining and expanding existing relationships.
• Lead strategic conversations around client-centric issues with benchmarking and solution positioning.
• Collaborate with bankers and clients at senior levels to provide integrated treasury solutions.
• Lead business process reviews aligned to key client sales opportunities and involve industry solutions for complex reviews.
• Advocate for client perspectives in developing and evolving treasury products and solutions.
• Deliver market thought leadership through client roundtables, conferences, webinars and media.
• Monitor non-credit risk and profitability across assigned client relationships.
