Job summary

JPMorganChase in San Francisco seeks a seasoned Treasury Management Officer to drive new treasury management business, nurture client relationships, and execute localized strategies with product leadership and implementation teams. You will leverage deep treasury knowledge to craft and deliver integrated cash management solutions for commercial clients.

The role requires a decade of cash management and sales experience, stellar communication, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders

Qualifications

• 10+ years of cash management, sales and relationship management experience.
• Strong selling and negotiation skills with track record of new business development.
• Knowledge of Treasury Service products, credit and risk processes, overdraft management and pricing philosophy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships with clients, COIs and external consultants.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• History of meeting/exceeding sales goals as top individual contributor.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue by prospecting and sourcing new treasury management business and expanding existing relationships.
• Lead strategic dialogues with clients, benchmarking and solution positioning.
• Collaborate with bankers and clients at senior levels to提供 integrated treasury solutions.
• Lead business process reviews and engage solution specialists for complex reviews.
• Propose new solution ideas and represent client perspective in product development.
• Deliver market thought leadership at client events, conferences, webinars, and media platforms.
• Manage non-credit risk and monitor profitability of client relationships.
