Qualifications

• 10+ years of cash management, sales and relationship management experience.
• Proven ability to develop new business with strong selling and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of Treasury Service products, credit and risk processes, overdraft management, and pricing philosophy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients, COIs, and external consultants.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue by prospecting and sourcing new treasury management business while retaining and expanding existing relationships.
• Create strategic dialogues around client-centric issues, benchmarking, opportunity quantification, and solution positioning.
• Collaborate with bankers and clients at senior levels to provide integrated treasury solutions.
• Lead business process reviews aligned to key client sales opportunities and engage product specialists for complex reviews.
• Raise new solution ideas and collaborate with product stakeholders to reflect client perspectives in development of complex products.
• Deliver thought leadership on working capital solutions at client roundtables, conferences, webinars, and media platforms.
• Manage non-credit risk for the client portfolio and monitor profitability of relationships.
