Job summary

JPMorganChase in Boston is seeking a Treasury Management Officer in Commercial Banking to drive treasury solutions and deepen client relationships. You will leverage deep product knowledge to develop a localized market and product strategy while partnering with Bankers, Client Service, Product Leadership and Implementation teams.

You will focus on growing treasury management business, creating strategic client dialogues and delivering integrated solutions within a consultative framework.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of cash management, sales and relationship management experience.
• Strong selling and negotiation skills with a client-centric approach.
• Knowledge of Treasury Service products, credit and risk processes.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue by prospecting and sourcing new treasury management business while retaining and expanding existing client relationships
• Create strategic dialogues around client-centric issues, benchmarking, quantification and solution positioning
• Collaborate with bankers and clients to provide integrated treasury solutions in a consultative framework
• Lead business process reviews and engage industry solutions specialists for complex client reviews
• Advise on new solution ideas with product stakeholders representing the client perspective
• Deliver thought leadership on working capital solutions at roundtables, conferences and webinars
• Manage non-credit risk for the customer portfolio and monitor profitability of relationships
