JPMorgan Chase in Boston is seeking a Treasury Management Officer in Commercial Banking to generate new treasury management business and deepen client relationships by leveraging deep product knowledge.

You will partner with bankers, service teams, product leadership, and Implementation to deliver localized market strategies and integrated treasury solutions while managing risk and profitability.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of cash management, sales and relationship management experience.
• Strong selling and negotiation skills with prospecting ability.
• Knowledge of Treasury Service products, credit and risk process, overdraft management, and pricing philosophy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships with clients, COIs, and external partners.
• Strong time management and planning skills.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue by prospecting and sourcing new treasury management business and expanding existing relationships.
• Create strategic dialogues around client-centric issues using benchmarking and solution positioning.
• Collaborate with bankers and clients at senior levels to provide integrated treasury solutions.
• Lead business process reviews aligned to client sales opportunities and involve industry specialists for complex reviews.
• Raise new solution ideas and partner with product stakeholders to reflect client perspectives in development.
• Deliver thought leadership to market through roundtables, conferences, webinars and media platforms.
• Manage non-credit risk for customer portfolio and monitor profitability of relationships.
