Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Treasury Management Officer in Commercial and Investment Banking to develop and manage treasury solutions for clients in a consultative, client-driven environment.

You will collaborate with bankers, product leadership and implementation teams to execute localized market strategies and expand relationships across the portfolio, driving revenue and profitability.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of cash management, sales and relationship management experience.
• Strong selling and negotiation skills to develop new business.
• Knowledge of Treasury Service products, credit and risk process, overdraft management, and pricing.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue by prospecting and sourcing new treasury management business while retaining and expanding existing client relationships.
• Lead strategic dialogues around client-centric issues with benchmarking, opportunity quantification and solution positioning.
• Collaborate with bankers and clients at senior levels to provide integrated treasury solutions in a consultative framework.
• Lead business process reviews aligned to client sales opportunities and engage industry solutions specialists for complex reviews.
• Raise new solution ideas by partnering with product stakeholders to reflect client perspectives.
• Deliver market thought leadership through client roundtables, conferences and webinars.
• Manage non-credit risk for client portfolio and monitor profitability of relationships.
