Qualifications

• 6+ years of cash management, sales and relationship management experience.
• Strong selling and negotiation skills to develop new business.
• Knowledge of Treasury Service products, credit and risk processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships with clients and COIs.
• Strong time management and planning skills.
• History of meeting or exceeding sales goals; top performer.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue by prospecting and sourcing new treasury management business while retaining and expanding relationships.
• Create strategic dialogues around client-centric issues and opportunities.
• Collaborate with bankers and clients to provide integrated treasury solutions.
• Lead business process reviews aligned to client sales opportunities.
• Raise new solution ideas with product stakeholders representing client needs.
• Deliver thought leadership on working capital at events and media.
• Manage non-credit risk and profitability of relationships.
