Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of cash management, sales and relationship management experience.
• Proven ability to develop new business through prospecting and negotiation.
• Knowledge of Treasury Service products, credit and risk processes, overdraft management and pricing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients, COIs, and external partners.
• Strong time management, organization and planning skills.
• History of meeting or exceeding sales goals as a top individual contributor.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue by sourcing new treasury management business while expanding existing relationships.
• Lead strategic dialogues around client-centric issues, benchmarking and solution positioning.
• Collaborate with bankers and clients at senior levels to provide integrated treasury solutions.
• Lead business process reviews and engage industry solutions for complex reviews.
• Raise new solution ideas and represent client perspective in product development.
• Deliver thought leadership on working capital solutions at events and webinars.
• Manage non-credit risk for customer portfolio and monitor profitability.
