Job summary

Enterprise Bank & Trust is seeking a VP, Treasury Management to drive new business and provide proactive support to bank prospects and clients. You will collaborate with Relationship Managers and officers to identify client needs and propose treasury solutions, while expanding referral sources for new business.

The role focuses on cross-selling treasury management and other Enterprise products/services in a consultative manner across a growing portfolio of commercial clients.

Qualifications

• Detailed knowledge of Treasury Management products and services.
• Ability to build relationships with prospects, clients and internal associates.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to multitask while following through the sales cycle from proposal to implementation.

Responsibilities

• Develop new deposit business and drive treasury fee income for the bank through contacts, professional groups and networking.
• Work with Relationship Managers to bring in new business through team-based calling. Develop and present written treasury proposals.
• Identify products and solutions, present these solutions and cross-sell whenever necessary.
• Conduct periodic reviews with all top treasury management clients.
• Attend networking events, regional meetings, board meetings, etc. as needed.
