Job summary

CBI Bank & Trust is seeking a dynamic Vice President, Treasury Management to lead growth and expand our treasury management business. This role focuses on strategy, revenue generation, and delivering innovative cash management solutions for commercial clients.

The position requires a strong sales and relationship management background, ability to collaborate with banking teams, and a track record of expanding market share.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 10+ years of treasury management, commercial banking, cash management, payments, or related financial services experience.
• Proven success generating treasury management revenue and achieving sales goals.
• Strong business development and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead treasury management sales across the organization with a focus on new revenue and fee income growth.
• Develop and execute a treasury management sales strategy aligned with commercial banking objectives.
• Prospect for new treasury management opportunities via direct outreach, networking and referrals.
• Partner with relationship managers and retail leaders to close treasury management opportunities.
• Provide treasury management reviews to improve cash flow, payments, fraud mitigation and liquidity.
