Job summary

Community Bank is seeking a VP–Treasury Management Officer to lead treasury management sales and client relationships. The role focuses on growing core deposits, cross‑selling treasury products, and delivering consultative support to clients in a dynamic banking environment.

The candidate will coordinate with Relationship Managers and lenders, develop compelling sales presentations, and drive onboarding for new treasury clients while monitoring market trends to keep pricing competitive.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years in financial services.
• 2+ years in business development.
• Experience with treasury products and cash management preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with Relationship Managers and lenders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Treasury Management functions at the Bank.
• Solicit, establish, and maintain new commercial banking relationships with a focus on treasury management products and core deposit growth.
• Coordinate calling activity with Relationship Managers and Commercial Lenders to ensure deposits are gathered and treasury products are sold to new clients.
• Attend Relationship Manager sales meetings and serve as a key product partner for treasury management.
• Develop and execute sales presentations for customers and prospects; respond to requests for proposals.
• Demonstrate products and services to prospective clients.
• Ensure proper onboarding of new treasury management customers with support teams.
• Regularly review portfolios to identify opportunities with current clients.
• Conduct treasury management training sessions for staff and updates on pricing and revenue opportunities.
• Develop Remote Capture services and enhance cash management offerings.
• Maintain regular attendance and timely processing of requests.
