Job summary

Enterprise Bank & Trust is seeking a VP of Treasury Management to develop new business and support bank prospects and clients. You will collaborate with Relationship Managers and Officers to identify client needs and offer tailored treasury solutions, while expanding referral sources for new business.

The role requires detailed knowledge of treasury products, strong relationship skills, and the ability to drive cross-sell opportunities across the client base.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university.
• Seven plus years of treasury management sales or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop new deposit business and drive treasury fee income for the bank through contacts, professional groups and networking.
• Work with Relationship Managers to bring in new business through team-based calling. Develop and present written treasury proposals.
• Identify products and solutions, present these solutions and cross-sell whenever necessary.
• Conduct periodic reviews with all top treasury management clients.
• Perform training for new and existing customers.
• Accepts and completes projects and other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
• Manage and service a portfolio of commercial clients.
• Attend networking events, regional meetings, board meetings, etc. as needed.
