Job summary

Darien Rowayton Bank is seeking a VP, Treasury Management Business Development Officer to lead sales and oversight for treasury products, deposits, and fee income. You will partner with executives, commercial lenders, and business development to deepen relationships and expand deposit bases.

You will coordinate with the business banking team to target industries, manage the treasury management pipeline, and serve as the primary liaison for client implementations and service delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Advanced degree or equivalent experience.
• Required Years of Work Experience: 7.
• Preferred treasury/cash management and business development experience.

Responsibilities

• Directly sell and oversee sales activities related to treasury management and business development for the Bank.
• Collaborate with the bank groups to target industries for treasury products and services.
• Identify and qualify new prospects utilizing sales pipeline reports.
• Maintain a Treasury Management Pipeline showing active prospects, booked business and losses.
• Conduct regular sales meetings with the business banking team.
• Coordinate client implementations and delivery of services as primary contact.
