Stout is seeking a full-time Vice President in Transaction Advisory to lead buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence for private equity and corporate clients. You will deliver quality of earnings analyses, working capital assessments, and evaluate contingencies to reveal risks and value.

You will supervise analysts, guide report production, participate in business development, and help train the team. Travel up to 50% and thrive in a culture of Relentless Excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting; CPA preferred.
• 5–6 years of audit/financial accounting due diligence; 2+ years in due diligence.
• Big Four experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Supervise analysts and associates for efficient project execution.
• Lead due diligence engagements and analyze financial data.
• Draft comprehensive due diligence reports and present findings.
• Assist in business development including client pursuits.
• Participate in hiring and training of staff.
