Job summary

Stout seeks a full-time Vice President for its Transaction Advisory practice to lead buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements for private equity and corporate clients. You will deliver critical insights, assess earnings quality, working capital, and contingencies, and communicate findings to management and advisors.

You will supervise analysts, manage multiple engagements, and contribute to business development while traveling up to 50% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or related major.
• Minimum 5-6 years of experience in audit and/or financial accounting due diligence (with at least 2 years in due diligence).
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise analysts and associates for efficient project execution.
• Lead due diligence engagements for buy-side/sell-side transactions.
• Identify risks and deal breakers during due diligence.
• Analyze financial statements and operational data.
• Produce comprehensive due diligence reports for clients.
