Job summary

Stout is seeking a Senior Vice President to lead buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence in our Transaction Advisory practice. You will guide analysts, assess risks, and provide actionable insights to shape investment decisions and negotiations.

Responsibilities include supervising teams, analyzing GAAP/SEC reporting, and delivering comprehensive reports. Travel up to 50% is expected, with Big Four background and CPA preferred to drive Relentless Excellence at Stout.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting or related major.
• 7-10 years of audit and/or financial accounting due diligence experience (2+ in DD).
• CPA certification required; Big Four experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise analysts to ensure efficient project execution.
• Identify risks and deal breakers during due diligence.
• Analyze income statement, balance sheet and cash flow data.
• Produce due diligence reports and communicate findings.
• Lead diligence calls with client and target management.
• Support business development through client pursuits.
