Stout is seeking a full-time Vice President in Transaction Advisory to lead buy-side and sell-side due diligence for private equity and corporate clients, delivering critical insights that shape investment decisions and negotiation strategies.

You will supervise analysts, manage multiple engagements, identify deal risks, analyze financial statements, and present findings in comprehensive reports to clients.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting.
• CPA credential and prior audit/due diligence experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple engagements and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead buy-side and sell-side due diligence engagements.
• Supervise analysts and associates for project execution.
• Identify key risks and potential deal breakers.
• Analyze income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow.
• Synthesize observations and issue comprehensive reports.
• Lead due diligence calls and client meetings.
• Support business development and client pursuits.
