Job summary

Stout seeks a Senior Vice President to lead transaction advisory due diligence with buy-side and sell-side engagements for private equity and corporate clients. You will guide quality of earnings, working capital and contingencies analysis to inform decisions and negotiations.

You'll supervise analysts, manage multiple projects, and contribute to business development while partnering with management teams and advisors to deliver actionable insights in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or related major.
• 7-10 years of audit and/or financial accounting due diligence experience; 2+ years in due diligence; Big Four preferred.
• CPA certification required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise analysts and associates to ensure efficient project execution.
• Identify key risks and deal breakers during due diligence.
• Analyze income statement, balance sheet, cash flow and operating data.
• Synthesize data into observations and conclusions for decision makers.
• Produce due diligence reports and lead calls with client and target management.
• Support business development including client pursuits and proposals.
