Job summary

Stout is seeking a Senior Vice President in Transaction Advisory to lead buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements for private equity and corporate clients. You will provide critical insights that shape investment decisions and negotiation strategies through earnings analysis, working capital assessment, and contingencies review.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or related major.
• CPA certification.
• 7–10 years of experience in audit and/or financial accounting due diligence, with at least 2 years in due diligence; Big Four experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise analysts and associates for efficient project execution.
• Identify risks and deal-breakers during due diligence.
• Analyze income statement, balance sheet, cash flow and operating data.
• Lead due diligence calls and meetings with client and target company management.
• Review audit workpapers to understand key accounting policies and procedures.
• Assist in business development including client pursuits and proposals.
