Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education + experience.
• 15+ years in compensation/benefits/total rewards with leadership.
• Executive compensation design for a publicly traded company.
• Equity and incentive design, governance and analytics.
• Job architecture, salary structures and pay equity work.
• Benefits portfolio management in pharma/biotech.
• Strong financial modeling and scenario planning.
• Executive communication with senior leaders and Board.
• AI/automation usage to improve decisions with privacy safeguards.
• Excel and PowerPoint proficiency; HRIS/Workday experience.
• Global benefits experience; willingness to travel.

• Evolve compensation philosophy across base pay, incentives and equity.
• Assess market trends and advise on competitiveness and equity.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and scenario planning for rewards.
