Job summary
Travere Therapeutics is seeking a Vice President, Total Rewards to lead the enterprise strategy, design and delivery of total rewards programs. This role shapes compensation, equity, executive compensation, benefits, retirement and job architecture to attract, engage and retain top talent across the organization.
The leader partners with Finance, Legal and the CPO, leveraging market data, analytics and AI to inform decisions, optimize value and ensure long-term financial sustainability while
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 15+ years in compensation, benefits or total rewards (leadership preferred).
- Experience designing executive compensation for public companies and presenting to boards.
- Strong financial modeling and data-driven decision making.
Responsibilities
- Develop multiyear total rewards strategy aligned with business priorities.
- Oversee executive compensation, equity, base pay and incentives.
- Lead annual compensation planning, salary structures and equity programs.
- Guide pay equity analyses and governance of reward programs.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing Total Rewards team.
