Job summary

Travere Therapeutics in San Diego is seeking a Vice President, Total Rewards to lead our global compensation, equity and benefits programs. You will partner with Finance, Legal and the CPO to design competitive packages that reflect our patient-centered culture and drive talent strategy.

You will oversee executive compensation, pay equity analyses, job architecture and retirement plans, while leveraging AI-enabled analytics and ensuring governance, cost management and market competitiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with 15+ years in compensation/total rewards.
• Experience designing executive compensation for public companies.
• Deep expertise in equity design, governance and pay analysis.
• Proven ability to lead job architecture, salary structures and pay equity.
• Experience with global benefits programs and vendor management.
• Strong Excel/PowerPoint, and proficiency in data analysis tools.
• Ability to work in a matrixed organization and communicate with boards.

Responsibilities

• Establish multiyear total rewards strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Evolve compensation philosophy including base pay, incentives and equity.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and scenario planning with Finance.
• Oversee executive compensation design and governance.
• Ensure compliance and governance with Legal and Board.
• Lead a high-performing Total Rewards team.
