The role partners with Finance and Legal on executive compensation, governance and analytics to improve decisions and employee experience, while maintaining financial sustainability and market

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years in compensation/total rewards with leadership.
• Experience designing executive compensation for a public company.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; familiarity with Workday.

Aufgaben

• Lead multiyear total rewards strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Evolve compensation philosophy and mix of base pay, incentives and equity.
• Partner with Finance, Legal on executive compensation and board materials.
• Oversee annual compensation planning and equity awards.
• Drive pay equity analyses and action plans.
