Job summary

Travere Therapeutics is seeking a Vice President, Total Rewards to lead the enterprise strategy, design and delivery of total rewards programs including compensation, equity, executive compensation, benefits, retirement, job architecture and recognition. You will partner with Finance, Legal and senior leaders to balance competitiveness, equity and sustainability.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
15+ years in compensation, benefits or total rewards with leadership experience.
Experience designing executive compensation for public companies.
Deep expertise in equity, incentives and governance.
Experience leading job architecture and pay equity work.
Experience building comprehensive benefits programs for pharma/biotech.
Strong financial modeling and analytics.
Executive communication with senior leaders and boards.
Ability to influence across a matrix organization.
AI and data analytics in rewards with privacy controls.

Responsibilities

Lead multiyear total rewards strategy aligned with business goals.
Evolve compensation philosophy and mix of base pay, incentives and equity.
Oversee executive compensation design, governance and materials for Board review.
Lead benefits portfolio strategy and cost management.
Manage Total Rewards team and external vendor relationships.
Ensure compliance and effective governance across programs.
