Job summary

Travere Therapeutics is seeking a Vice President of Total Rewards to lead the enterprise compensation, equity, benefits and executive rewards strategy. You will partner with Finance, Legal and the CPO to balance market competitiveness with financial sustainability while shaping pay governance across the organization.

The role requires extensive experience in total rewards, equity design and executive compensation, with a focus on transparency, equity and employee value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and applicable experience.
• Typically 15+ years of progressive experience in compensation, benefits or total rewards, including leadership roles.
• Experience designing executive compensation in a publicly traded company and supporting Compensation Committee materials.
• Deep expertise in equity and incentive design, compensation governance, pay equity work.
• Strong experience leading job architecture, salary structures and career frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiyear total rewards strategy aligned with business priorities and growth.
• Oversee compensation, equity and executive rewards design and governance.
• Partner with Finance, Legal and external advisors on executive compensation materials and governance.
• Manage annual compensation planning, salary structures and equity programs with rigorous controls.
• Apply AI, automation and analytics to improve decision-making and service delivery.
