Job summary

Travere Therapeutics in San Diego is seeking a Senior Total Rewards Analyst to design, administer, and continuously improve compensation, benefits, wellness, leave, and related systems. This role partners with People Success, HRIS, Payroll, Finance, and Legal to ensure compliant, competitive, and employee-centered total rewards programs.

Responsibilities include annual compensation planning, market benchmarking, job architecture, data analysis, and executive materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field required.
• Minimum 3+ years of total rewards, compensation, benefits, HR operations, or related experience; pharma/biotech experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, administer, analyze, and improve total rewards programs.
• Partner with HRIS, Payroll, Finance, Legal and external vendors.
• Support compensation planning, benchmarking, and job architecture.
• Administer benefits, leave, wellness programs, and related systems.
• Prepare analytics, dashboards, and board materials.
