Travere Therapeutics seeks a strategic Vice President, Total Rewards to lead the design and delivery of our total rewards programs including compensation, equity, executive compensation, health benefits, retirement, job architecture and recognition. You will balance market competitiveness with financial sustainability while aligning programs to Travere's patient-centered, high-growth environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Typically 15+ years of progressive experience in compensation, benefits or total rewards, with significant leadership.
• Experience designing executive compensation in a publicly traded company and presenting to the Compensation Committee/Board.
• Deep expertise in equity and incentive design, governance and pay equity work.
• Experience leading job architecture, salary structures and pay equity initiatives.
• Experience managing comprehensive benefits programs in pharma/biotech, including vendor negotiations.
• Strong financial modeling and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent executive communication and presentation skills for senior leaders and Board audiences.
• Ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization and travel 10–15%.

• Establish multiyear total rewards strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Evolve compensation philosophy and mix of base pay, incentives and equity.
• Lead executive compensation and governance with external advisors and the Board.
• Oversee annual compensation planning, salary structures and equity awards.
• Lead Pay equity analyses and action on findings.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance and governance.
