You will underwrite, negotiate loans, and coordinate closings while collaborating with treasury partners for optimal client experiences.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of related experience.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of banking operations and treasury products.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory and credit practices.
• Excellent relationship management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify target markets and develop a new business book from relationships.
• Underwrite and close complex loans in line with bank policies.
• Collaborate with treasury partners to deliver seamless client experiences.
• Call on and visit target customers to promote bank products and services.
• Maintain customer data and generate reports for management.
• Coordinate loan processing and documentation with the Loan Committee.
• Stay informed on market trends and advise on product performance.
• Represent the bank in community activities to expand market position.
