You will develop market insights, perform client assessments, and collaborate with treasury teams to deliver seamless banking experiences.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Knowledge of banking operations, loan administration, treasury management and commercial banking products.
• Knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations.
• Advanced relationship management skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• May require up to 50% travel.
• Interest in working with venture-backed technology companies.

Responsibilities

• Identify target markets and develop a new business book.
• Negotiate, underwrite, and coordinate closing of complex loans per bank policies.
• Develop deposit relationships and cross-sell banking products.
• Gather client information to tailor deposit solutions.
• Engage in market research to recommend product offerings.
• Call and visit target customers to build a new book of business.
• Collaborate with treasury partner for seamless client experiences.
• Maintain customer data and report activity to management.
