Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial banking or related field.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Strong knowledge of banking operations, lending & treasury.
• Familiar with regulatory compliance and loan processes.
• Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Identify target market and build a new business book.
• Negotiate, underwrite, and close complex loans per policy.
• Develop checking and deposit relationships with clients.
• Promote deposit products and gather client information.
• Maintain customer data and report results to leadership.
• Coordinate loan processing and ensure policy conformance.
• Present financing requests to senior management or Loan Committee.
• Represent the bank at community and industry events.
