The role focuses on identifying target markets, developing a new book of business, negotiating and underwriting complex loans in line with lending policies, and fostering deposit relationships.

You will analyze client information, coordinate processing, and advise on deposit product solutions while staying current on industry trends.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.
• Advanced knowledge in all facets of relationship management.
• Advanced organizational and time management skills.
• May require up to 50% travel.
• Requires interest in working with venture-backed technology companies.

Responsibilities

• Identify target market for new business and develop a book of relationships.
• Negotiate, underwrite and coordinate closing of major and complex loans.
• Develop business checking and deposit relationships with customers.
• Assist clients with deposit products and services and gather/analyze client information for solutions.
• Analyze market data to inform product/service recommendations for target market.
• Engage in business development and solicitation of new business.
• Collaborate with treasury partner for seamless client experiences.
• Call/visit target customers to promote bank products and services.
• Maintain customer data and generate reports on new relationships.
