Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• General banking operations knowledge including deposit and loan administration.
• Regulatory and legal compliance obligations knowledge.
• Advanced relationship management skills.
• Advanced organizational and time management skills.
• Advanced speaking and writing communication skills.
• May require up to 50% travel.
• Interest in working with venture-backed technology companies.

Responsibilities

• Identify a target market for new business and develop a book of new business from those relationships.
• Negotiate, underwrite, and coordinate the closing of major and complex loans.
• Develop business checking and deposit relationships with customers; assist clients with deposit products and services.
• Gather and analyze client information to recommend deposit product solutions.
• Compile and analyze market data to guide product and service recommendations for the target market.
• Engage in business development activities and solicit new business from the target market.
• Collaborate with treasury partner to ensure seamless client experiences.
