U.S. Bank is seeking a Talent Consultant at VP Officer level to lead enterprise and business line talent strategies. You will partner with leaders on organizational design, act as a culture champion for inclusion, and guide analytics-driven decisions using workforce data to advance human capital objectives.

Responsibilities include consulting with senior leaders, coaching leaders, and collaborating with COEs, Employee Services, and HR Strategy to execute the charter across assigned businesses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of human resources, business or managerial experience.
• Experience with HR disciplines/COEs and operational inner workings.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise and business line talent strategies by leveraging recruiting, talent, learning and development, retention, engagement and organizational development strategies.
• Consult with senior leaders on organizational design and effectiveness, act as talent coaches to senior leaders, and champion inclusion.
• Use workforce data and predictive analytics to improve decision making and support business metrics.
