Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Talent Consultant II in New York to lead enterprise talent development and organizational design initiatives. You will partner with HR Executives, GHR, and senior leaders to deliver leadership development, organizational effectiveness, and performance management programs.

The role reports to the GCIB Talent Executive and requires strong consulting, relationship management, and data-driven decision making to advance strategic talent outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8+ years in Learning/Program Development or Leadership/Talent Management or Organization Development.
• Ability to consult, advise, and influence senior leaders globally.
• Experience interfacing with MTM 1/2 level leaders; translating strategy into goals.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR and business leaders to design talent management strategies and succession planning.
• Lead leadership development processes: performance management, org design, manager development, 360 feedback.
• Execute talent management strategy across local, regional, and enterprise teams while ensuring compliance.
• Provide coaching to leaders to develop diverse and top talent; drive data-driven talent solutions.
• Collaborate with control functions to communicate talent moves and mitigate people risk.
• Drive learning strategy and programs for client organizations with learning resources.
