Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Talent Attraction Project Manager to partner with Global Enterprise Recruiting, HR Business Partners and leaders. You will develop strategies to establish U.S. Bank as an employer of choice and activate the EVP across local and enterprise branding efforts.

You will also support early careers and employee recognition programs while collaborating with internal teams and external partners to optimize multi-channel recruitment marketing and candidate journeys.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in employer branding, talent marketing, recruitment, HR communications or program management with a proven track record.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute talent attraction strategies aligned to EVP and employer brand.
• Coordinate with marketing, design, and vendors to drive recruitment marketing efficiency.
• Lead Early Careers hiring operations and recruit for intern and full-time programs.
• Drive campaigns to engage active and passive job seekers and build talent pipelines.
• Manage employee referral programs and support recognition initiatives.
