Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Talent Consultant (VP level) to lead enterprise talent strategies and partner with senior leaders on organizational design and effectiveness. The role emphasizes coaching, inclusion, and advanced people analytics to drive business outcomes.

Responsibilities include leveraging workforce data, collaborating with HR COEs, and supporting the human capital strategy across assigned business units. Onsite presence is required three days per week at the hub location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of HR, business or managerial experience.
• Strong Excel experience.
• Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative data and identify trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute enterprise and business line talent strategies using recruiting, learning and development, retention and organizational development.
• Consult with senior leaders on organizational design and effectiveness.
• Act as a talent coach to senior leaders and champion inclusion.
• Use workforce data and predictive analytics to inform decisions and metrics.
• Partner with COEs, Employee Services, and HR Strategy and Operations to execute charters.
