Responsibilities

• Support design and delivery of enterprise talent management capabilities.
• Contribute to talent strategies, governance, and operating models.
• Develop talent intelligence capabilities through use cases and requirements.
• Collaborate with HR, Product, Technology and Data & Analytics teams on digital talents solutions.
• Create executive narratives and materials to drive alignment and decisions.
• Manage project plans and stakeholder engagement across priorities.
